Seattle's Best Irish Coffee

It's true—we're not very modest about our Irish coffee. We happen to think it is the best you'll find in Seattle.

We start with Bushmills Irish Whiskey, a thrice-distilled whiskey noted for its smoothness. Next, we muddle pure cane sugar, then add freshly brewed Caffè Appassionato coffee, roasted locally in the Pacific Northwest. We finish this creation by floating lightly whipped cream.
