Soda Bread Contest

On Saturday, March 7, 2009, T.S. McHugh's hosts the annual Irish soda bread contest. It is free to enter and open to all amateur bakers, so get out your recipe book and make a loaf in one of three categories. Entries must be dropped off between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM at the restaurant, located at 21 Mercer St. between Queen Anne Ave. N. and 1st Ave. N. in lower Queen Anne. Winners will be announced at 3:00 PM. Read the contest rules for details.
