2004 Soda Bread Contest Judges
Here are the judges for the 2004 soda bread contest:
- Maureen Keene is a nutritionist and author of thirteen books including Juicing for Life and What to Eat If You Have Cancer.
- Don Tremblay is the executive chef at T.S. McHugh's Irish Pub & Restaurant. He trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Shanagarry, Ireland, where he learned recipes for soda bread and pot pies, both of which are featured on our menu.
- Nancy Garvey is a former soda bread contest winner who then created a soda bread mix. You can find Garvey's Traditional Irish Soda Bread Mix in stores throughout the Pacific Northwest.
- Pat Coyne is proprietor of The Irish Emigrant.
- Áine McDonald is a cook from Portland, Oregon.
