2005 Soda Bread Contest Judges

2005 soda bread contest:

Maureen Keene is a nutritionist and author of thirteen
books. She writes a nutrition column for the
Celtic Connection.

Don Tremblay is the executive chef at
T.S. McHugh's Irish Pub & Restaurant.
He trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School
in Shanagarry, Ireland, where he learned how to make
soda bread and pot pies, both of which are featured on
T.S. McHugh's menu.

Alana Malone is a theatre director.

Kate Kiely is a writer for
Seattle Magazine.

Carol Dooley is an on-air personality at
KISM
radio.

Mick McHugh is proprietor of F.X. McRory's Restaurant.
T.S. McHugh's was named for his father, the late
Thomas Shannon McHugh.
