2005 Soda Bread Contest Judges
Here are the judges for the 2005 soda bread contest:
- Maureen Keene is a nutritionist and author of thirteen books. She writes a nutrition column for the Celtic Connection.
- Don Tremblay is the executive chef at T.S. McHugh's Irish Pub & Restaurant. He trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Shanagarry, Ireland, where he learned how to make soda bread and pot pies, both of which are featured on T.S. McHugh's menu.
- Alana Malone is a theatre director.
- Kate Kiely is a writer for Seattle Magazine.
- Carol Dooley is an on-air personality at KISM radio.
- Mick McHugh is proprietor of F.X. McRory's Restaurant. T.S. McHugh's was named for his father, the late Thomas Shannon McHugh.
