T.S. McHugh's Irish Pub & Restaurant offers a special menu on St. Patrick's Day:

Appetizers

Artichoke Hearts Au Gratin
Diced artichoke hearts baked in a Cheddar-Parmesan sauce. Served with our Irish soda bread and molasses wheat bread.
Peel & Eat Shrimp
A half pound of chilled shrimp with our cocktail sauce.
Steakhouse Onion Rings
Traditional giant, ale-battered rings served with our tartar sauce.
Ploughman's Platter
Wedges of Double Gloucester Cheddar and Erin Gold cheeses, sliced dry salami, broiled Banger sausage, and seasonal fruit with crusty slices of Irish soda bread.

Salads

Seafood Cæsar
Our classic Cæsar topped with sautéed Prawns and Scallops. Topped with anchovy fillet upon request.
Gingered Chicken
Chilled, broiled chicken breast seasoned with sesame and ginger, tossed with snow peas, ginger, green onions, red bell peppers, water chestnuts, Nappa cabbage and crunchy Asian noodles.

Served with champ (Irish mashed potatoes), seasonal vegetables and baked-in-house Irish Soda Bread. Add soup or salad for 5

Chicken and Vegetable Pie
Roasted chicken, English peas, baby carrots, field mushrooms and pearl onions in a savory chicken cream sauce.
Beef & Guinness Pie
Tender beef, mushrooms and onion in a rich Guinness stout gravy.
Sirloin Steak
A generous cut from the sirloin of beef marinated in Burgundy-mustard sauce and broiled to order.
Tenderloin
The leanest, most tender of all beef cuts, from top quality choice beef. Char-broiled to your specifications and served witha colossal onion ring.
Alder Smoked King Salmon
Northwest King Salmon cold smoked over Northwest alder wood, then broiled and served with Hollandaise.
Corned Beef & Cabbage
Hand-carved, thinly-sliced corned beef simmered with spices and served with steamed cabbage, new potatoes, and spring carrots.
All Irish Reuben
Hand-carved, thinly sliced corned beef brisket piled high with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on light rye. Grilled and served with our zippy Ballymaloe sauce.
Ale-Battered Fish & Chips
Fresh Ling Cod dipped in ale batter, dusted with Panko breading, and quick-fried till golden brown. Served with fries and tartar sauce.
Flat Iron Steak Sandwich
The "butcher's favorite steak," broiled with garlic butter and served on grilled house soda bread with George Dickel mustard, caramelized onions and fries on the side.

Desserts

Chocolate Truffle Torte
Dense, bittersweet chocolate torte, drizzled with Guittard's chocolate sauce and served with Snoqualmie Gourmet vanilla ice cream.
Darina Allen's Classic Bread & Butter Pudding
Made famous at Ballymaloe Cookery School, this egg custard pudding is served warm with whipped cream and plump raisins.
Bailey's Irish Cream Pie
Bailey's Ice Cream in an Oreo crust. Topped with a layer of fudge.
